Brandon Hall Group’s award Best Sales Leadership Program 2012 for the Fly High Program for Sales Managers.

Mercuri International/PMI and Hewlett Packard have been awarded Gold in the 2012 Brandon Hall Group’s Best Sales Leadership Program in the Sales & Marketing category. The award is based on the rigorous judging process and all entries have been evaluated based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.

The program Fly High is a senior sales manager program designed to develop general manager skills for sales managers within HP’s Personal Systems Group. It has three phases, Strategy Development, Execution and People Development to enable strategic execution.

“At the core of the program is a deep understanding of the business model that leads to sustainable profitable revenue growth”, says account manager Dave Cusdin. “Participants analyze the key performance indicators, with an emphasis on lead KPI’s, that identify the levers and actions to improve and apply these to their own business.
